Same Day Dispatch

Orders placed before 12 noon (ACST), Monday - Thursday are dispatched the same day.

We dispatch orders Monday to Thursday and all orders are sent with Australia Post.

Express Post is available to select at checkout if you need your order a little sooner.

Shipping Rates

Our standard shipping rates are based on the total weight of your order:

Under 1kg — $11
1kg–3kg — $15
3kg–5kg — $17
Over 5kg — $26

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your Australia Post tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the Australia Post service selected at checkout. Please allow additional time during peak periods and public holidays.

Where is my parcel?

If your parcel is delayed or appears to be missing, please check your tracking information and contact Australia Post in the first instance.

Once a parcel has been lodged with Australia Post, its delivery is outside of our control. WILI Heat Bags cannot accept responsibility for parcels that are lost, stolen or incorrectly delivered by Australia Post.
