They are low odour, chemical free and retain heat longer than others in the market. They don't sweat when heated in the microwave which is an absolute game changer! You can also use them as a cold pack by storing them in the freezer in an air tight plastic bag.

You can heat a 1kg bag for up for 2 to 2 1/2 mins. I recommend 2 minutes initially and then additional 15 second increments. Times vary depending on Microwave wattage and the age of your microwave. 

For Lupin filled heat bags, you do not need to heat them with a glass of water as Lupin is non-combustible. If your heat bag is filled with wheat you need to place a glass of water in the microwave while heating, so the wheat doesn't get overly dry and become combustible. 

You can spot wipe over the Heat Pack with a damp cloth or wipe. Alternatively, you can wash on a gentle cycle in the Washing Machine. Dry the material in direct sunlight or in front of the heater, once the material is dry heat in the microwave and that will help to dry the Lupins and shrink back to normal size. It’s not recommended to do this unless you really need to and definitely not regularly.
